#ENDSARS Protest Can’t Stop Us From Winning 2023 Election – APC

The All Progressives Congress, (APC) has said that the #EndSARS protest cannot in anyway stop the party from attaining victory in the 2023 Presidential election.

This claim was made by the National Publicity Secretary of APC, Yakubu Nabena in a chat with journalist on Monday.

According to him, the #EndSARS protest will not affect its chances of retaining the presidential seat come 2023.

The APC spokesperson further in the chat, urged Nigerian youths not to connect #ENDSARS protest with political activities adding that their minds should be focused on achieving a the total reform of the Nigerian Police force.

“I don’t think so, how many people have been confirmed dead or their bodies in the mortuary based on the analysis and censors taken so far on the Lekki toll gate massacre?

“You see, we also have to look at the political tune under this, everything must not be about politics though. Yes there was genuine demand for police reform but at this point, allowing politicians to come in with hoodlums to cause a crisis is the adverse effect of it.

“The issue we should be looking at now is how government can reform the police completely; you know SARS is just a name,” he said.

Note that several Nigerian youths has vowed never to return APC back to the presidential position come 2023.

This has made the youths to nurse the mindset of forming a new political party in the view of striping the old politicians off their political positions.
